"Eu cand vreau sa fluier, fluier" se afla in competitia pentru Oscar 2011

Un numar de 65 de tari s-au inscris in competitia Oscar 2011, la sectiune "cel mai bun film intr-o limba straina". Romania participa la Oscar cu pelicula "Eu cand vreau sa fluier, fluier", regizata de Florin Serban.

In semifinala din 20 ianuarie 2011 vor fi anuntate cele noua filme care mai raman in competitie, iar castigatorul va fi anuntat pe 25 ianuarie.

Ceremonia "Academy Awards" va avea loc pe 27 februarie, anul viitor.
